Shipping Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Sale.

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders or mail-forwarding services that export. We do not currently ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

2. Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed before [PLACEHOLDER — order cut-off time, e.g. 2:00 pm] Pacific Time on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

In all cases we will ship your order within 30 days of receiving it, unless a longer period is clearly stated at the time you order. This commitment is made on a reasonable basis having regard to our stock position and carrier arrangements.

3. If we cannot ship on time

If we cannot ship within the stated time — or within 30 days where no time was stated — we will notify you before that deadline passes, without waiting for you to contact us. That notice will tell you the revised shipping date and will give you the choice to consent to the delay or to cancel your order for a full refund.

  • For a delay of 30 days or less, if you do not respond to our notice we will treat that as consent to the delay. You may still cancel at any time before the goods ship.
  • For a delay of more than 30 days, or where we cannot give a definite revised date, we will not ship unless you expressly tell us to. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

You may cancel any unshipped order at any time, for any reason, by contacting us.

4. Refunds for cancelled or unshipped orders

Where an order is cancelled before shipment, we refund the full amount you paid, including shipping and handling. We do not substitute store credit, coupons or vouchers for a refund without your express agreement.

  • Payments by cash, check or money order are refunded within seven (7) working days.
  • Card payments are credited to the account used within one billing cycle.

5. Cold-chain packaging

Lyophilised peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with a gel ice pack in a discreet, unbranded outer box. Cold-chain packaging is intended to maintain condition in transit; it is not a substitute for prompt receipt. Arrange for someone to receive and refrigerate the shipment on arrival.

Lyophilised material is comparatively robust and brief excursions from refrigeration in transit are normal and expected. Arrival of an ice pack that is no longer frozen does not by itself indicate that the product is compromised.

6. Shipping charges and taxes

Shipping is charged at [PLACEHOLDER — shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold] and is shown at checkout before you pay. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

7. Tracking, delivery and address accuracy

A tracking number is emailed on dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate address and for any redelivery or reconsignment charge caused by an incorrect address or a failure to receive.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, contact us within seven (7) days of the recorded delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier.

8. Damage and shortage in transit

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report transit damage, shortage, or a discrepancy against the Certificate of Analysis within seven (7) days of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging, the vial and the packing slip. See our Returns Policy.
